Mind-Body Skills (individual, couples, groups)

Mind-body skills are scientifically validated techniques that can enhance your capacity for self-care and self-awareness. You will experience the value and power of self-care and self-expression while developing skills or tools that can be life transforming. As a group participant, you are encouraged to embrace unique approaches to health and well-being and adopt new attitudes for health and healing. Join a group and come away with your own personal “toolbox within” for self-care. See below for examples of those who can benefit from a mind-body group experience.

Groups are intentionally small with 5-10 participants to encourage a supportive atmosphere where you can focus on your own personal development. Please expect to commit 2-hours/week for 6-8 weeks.
