As an integrative counselor and psychotherapist, I help people who are struggling to cope with mental, emotional, and/or physical stress. I apply evidence-based conventional and complementary therapeutic techniques designed to encourage communication of conflicts and insight into your problems, with the goal of relieving symptoms, changes in behavior that lead to improved functioning in all aspects of your life, and your growth as a person.
